Land Development Code - Building Better Together
Ordinances O-2020-10A & O-2020-11A related to the establishment of the Land Development Code and changes to Downtown Zoning Districts to City Council to begin the adoption process were introduced to City Council on October 15, 2020. - The Public Workshop phase for these Ordinances concluded on February 8, 2021. More info on the public workshop is available at the Joint Committee webpage.
- City Council will be holding a public hearing on Ordinances O-2020-10A & O-2020-11A on April 15, 2021 at 7:00 pm. A mailed notice of the City Council Public Hearing date and time was sent to property owners in the City of Keene and posted in the local newspaper and on the City website.
