Dog Licensing Renewals
To purchase or renew a license you must bring rabies certificate and spaying/neutering certificate, if applicable, to City Clerk's Office located at 3 Washington Street, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

State of NH Online Payments for Moving Violations
This service enables the public to pay traffic tickets online at Most traffic tickets issued will qualify to be paid online, however, online payments will only be accepted within 31 days of the violation. Tickets that indicate “Must Appear” or “Must Respond” to the court cannot be paid online.

Motor Vehicle Registration
City of Keene local and State motor vehicle registration renewals may be completed online using EB2Gov.  Click here to access Electronic Vehicle Registration.  You may also come to the Revenue Office on the first floor of City Hall at 3 Washington Street to complete your registrations.

Parking Tickets
You can pay parking tickets online by clicking here.  Parking ticket payments can also be mailed, placed in one of the drop boxes on the parking meters in downtown, or paid in person at Parking Services (second floor of City Hall) or the Revenue Office (first floor of City Hall).  The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, check or credit card.  You may contact Parking Services with questions or to submit a credit card payment by calling 603-357-9845.  Parking Services is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
