Yoga at your Library!, Mondays at 6 p.m.

Yoga @ your library is a beginner level yoga class for adults and teens presented on Zoom. No experience is required. Cindy Sterling, a certified instructor, will guide participants through the 60-minute session that includes strength-building a body-balancing workout and a quick cool down.
