Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly displaying the vendor's name and address and marked ‘RFQ No. 01-21-25 Replacement of Split Air Conditioner with ERV Unit’, and will be received in the Purchasing Office, City Hall – 2nd Floor, 3 Washington Street, Keene, NH 03431, until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Quotations received after the specified time will not be considered.
