Disability Accommodation

The City makes reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship.  This policy governs all aspects of employment, including selection, job assignment, compensation, discipline, termination, and access to benefits and training.

The City takes seriously any request for accommodations, determining whether you are a qualified individual with a disability and whether a reasonable accommodation exists that would allow you to perform the essential functions of the job without imposing an undue hardship on the City or on other employees.
