Spend the week with us and create a game or an animated story, integrating your own drawings and backed by your own soundtrack with Scratch 3.0. This program is for children ages 8 – 12 from beginners with no experience with Scratch to those who have dipped their toes into the Scratch Universe. The class meets every day from 1 – 2:30 in the Trustees Room. We will utilize professional on-line tutorials so students can be somewhat self-paced and continue their work at home. The more time you spend with us here at the library the more you will learn and share with your friends. End the week with a published project on the Scratch website. For some examples of what you can do with Scratch 3.0 visit https://scratch.mit.edu where there are many published projects for you to view. We hope you take advantage of this exciting opportunity.
Space is limited so registration is necessary. You can register through our online calendar or call the library at 603-352-0157. When you sign up for the first meeting you are automatically signed up for the week. Feel free to call Amy Kraemer at 603-352-0157 with questions.
