Mobile Printing at the Library

While the library is closed to the public, you can still print at the library even without a computer appointment!  Using Princh, a mobile printing service, you can upload documents from your home computer, phone, or tablet and have them printed at the library.  You can pay for them and pick them up at the Winter St. entrance during our curbside pickup hours.

PLEASE NOTE that documents uploaded to Princh will expire after 24 hours.  Anything submitted for printing at our library after about 1 p.m. on Saturday through 9 a.m. on Sunday will not be available for printing when staff arrive at the library on Monday morning.

  • Princh Help and FAQ

The is too big to be printed, what should I do?
Princh can handle files up to 30 MB. Is it very rare that documents are that large if it is not a professional print job. If you try and print a file larger than 30 MB, the system will report an error. You can now either compress the file to a smaller size than 30 MB or if it is a document with several pages, print it over several sessions. E.g. If you are trying to print a document containing 60 pages with a size of 40 MB. Print the first 30 pages (1-30) in one session, and then print the next 30 (31-60) in a new session.

My phone says that you cannot print from this app, what does it mean?
Princh strives to make it possible to print from as many apps as possible. However, sometimes a particular app does not support sending a document to Princh or other 3rd party applications.
If are you trying to print from an app that is not supported, check to see if the file can be opened in another app instead and print from there, or try printing from a computer if available. Please also let us know which app caused the problem so that we can potentially fix the issue.
