You can attend a storytime, watch a movie, join a book discussion, learn something new, get fit, and much more.
Currently, all of the library's programs are virtual or at-home programs. Many are offered on Zoom. If you are new to Zoom, you can take this short tutorial. You may also want to download our Zoom Etiquette Tips.
At the library, you'll find events, classes, and programs for people of all ages.
Our events are all about you so we welcome your feedback. You can also submit program recommendations by using our online suggestion form.
Keep informed about our programs by signing up for a weekly email.
We request potential presenters to fill out a Program Proposal Application, which should be submitted to Gail Zachariah.
The Keene Public Library is fully accessible to people of all abilities. Patrons attending library programs who require a sign language interpreter should make their request two weeks prior to the date of the event. Occasionally the library offers public programs outside of the library in places that may not be fully accessible. If you feel that you might need accommodations, please contact the Head of Youth and Community Services at (603) 757-1845.
All of our programs are provided by the Friends of the Keene Public Library, the Endowment Fund of the Keene Public Library Trustees, grants, and sponsorships. If you are a business, organization, or individual interested in contributing financially to our programs, please contact Gail Zachariah at (603) 757-1845
