Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly displaying the bidder's name and address and marked ‘City of Keene -Bid No. 03-20-19– 9 Marshall Street’, and will be received in the Office of Purchasing & Contract Services, Second Floor, City Hall, 3 Washington Street, Keene, New Hampshire, or via email (preferred) at firstname.lastname@example.org until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, Monday , June 8, 2020. Due to COVID-19 there is no public Bid opening, the results will be summarized and posted on Public Purchase Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
