Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly displaying the bidder's name and address and marked ‘Bid No. 01-20-02 – Primary Baler Replacement and will be received in the Purchasing Office, City Hall – 2nd Floor, 3 Washington Street, Keene, NH 03431, until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, Tuesday, August 27, 2019. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
There will be mandatory Pre-Bid site visits for all prospective bidders. Bidders must complete site visits between August 6th and August 8th between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. The facility is located at 55 Old Summit Road, Keene, NH.
