2012 Summer Flyer

THE CATCH® KIDS CLUB -    
         The Recreation Center is collaborating with Keene State College to pilot an improved afterschool program for children ages 6-11 which encourages exercise and healthy eating behaviors.  The new program will fuse the physical activity component of the CATCH program and incorporate vegetables harvested from the Recreation Center gardens into the nutritional curriculum of Keene State College’s Early Sprouts program.  Every day your child will participate in non or low competitive physical activities and learn good nutrition behavior choices.The program is held every Monday through Friday from 3:30-5:30 from September 6 – the last day of school, currently June 19. 
The program is not held during school vacation, but there are other program options available at the Recreation Center. The program fee is $175 for the school year for Keene residents and $200 for non-residents payable upon registration.  Space is limited.
           Children may ride the bus from most Keene schools to the Recreation Center daily.  Contact your school to make arrangements for the ride.

The Game Room and Gym are open to everyone 6 (six) years old and up for either a daily fee or with a season pass ID.  more ...
